Nordic Ware 1.5 Quart Sauce Pan Microwave Cookware
This saucepan has become one of my favorite pieces of microwave cookware. I've been using this pan to cook either oatmeal or corn meal mush in the microwave oven. I've also been using it to heat up soup for lunch.
Very handy as it fits nicely in the microwave oven, the handle stays coolish during cooking, and it's easy to clean.
Highly recommend.
Actually a 1.5 Quart Sauce Pan, not 1 Qt, (What's this?) This is quite nice but while it is listed as a 1 quart Sauce Pan, it is really a 1.5 quart (48 oz) Sauce Pan. This makes it too big for heating up a can of soup or whatever. Nice for microwaving regular oatmeal though. Handle even stays cool. I would have given a 32 oz version (as advertised) 5 stars. Naturally, there is no link for seller feedback from Amazon.

Image has spouts but the actual product doesn't, (What's this?) I ordered this product based on the image published on Amazon's website.
Great microwave pot, This microwave sauce pan is a nice size for heating a can of soup or vegetables in the microwave, or for heating water for tea. It is small enough that it will fit in even the small size microwave ovens on the rotating glass tray. You just need to put it on the tray off center. The pan is six inches in diameter, and the handle sticks out an extra three inches. It is 3-3/4" tall. It does not come with a cover, but you can improvise with a small Corning plate or other microwave-safe cover.
Good product but no pouring vents on sides - Lid no longer available, (What's this?) Bought to replace our old one of exact some product. They no longer sell the clear plastic lid, and the pot doesn't have 2 pour air vents on the sides pictured. Now we have to use a microwave safe plate as a cover when reheating soup to keep the steam in the pot. Would have given 5 stars if they still sold the lid.
