Bialetti Aeternum Covered Sauce Pan, (What's this?)
love my pan, (What's this?) I thouroughly enoy using this pan. The ceramic inside is so easy to cook with & cleaning is soooo easy.
Love them!, (What's this?) I have been searching for and researching ceramic cookware for months. I came across these and, even though there are vey few reviews, I decided to give them a try. I got the 2qt saucepan, the 10 1/4" frying pan and the 8" frying pan. So far they are all wonderful! The heat is very evenly distributed. I have used the saucepan to brown ground turkey & onions, for spaghetti sauce, heating up vegetables, and other things, and so far everything cleans up easily.

This pan is amazing! easy to clean, easy to use. Have had no issues at all. Love this! Will be ordering more.
Best Non-stick Coating Ever!!!, This is the best non-stick cookware I've ever had. The food comes off so cleanly and easily it almost doesn't seem real. Clean up is super easy (and I'm REALLY lazy). I've had them since Christmas and use them daily. I do have two chip marks in one of the pans already, so care needs to be taken with which tools to use while flipping/stirring, etc... I received two pans for Christmas and intend to get the entire set. I do wish there was a larger fry pan for cooking long strips of bacon, maybe I'm just missing them...

BIALETTI COOKWARE, (What's this?) LOVE THIS COOKWARE,I NOW OWN 5 PIECES. IT IS A DELIGHT TO COOK WITH IT.NOTHING HAS EVER STUCK TO THE PANS OR POTS,NOT EVEN MAC&CHEESE. YOU CAN WIPE THIS COOKWARE CLEAN WITH JUST A PAPER TOWEL,THEN A LITTLE SOAP AND WATER AND YOU ARE DONE. I HAVE BEEN USEING THIS COOKWARE FOR 3 MONTHS AND I AM SO HAPPY I PURCHASED THEM. ALSO,IT SEEMS LIKE FOOD TASTE BETTER .JUST BUY ONE PIECE AND YOU WILL BE HOOKED.

Everything it claims to be, (What's this?) My old teflon saucepan was getting scratched and scary looking, and I was looking to replace it.
First thing that attracted me about this pan was the color. It matches my kitchen. But even more than that, I love the non-stick ceramic coating inside. Clean. White. Not scary like teflon. I've had my pan about a month now, and it's become my new favorite. In fact, if I didn't already have a whole set of cast iron griddles and frying pans, I would buy up a bunch of these pans in every size.
Clean up is easy. Stuck on mac and cheese comes off in a snap. No soaking required. No elbow grease, either. Just a soapy sponge and hot water.
Really happy with it and would recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to other non-stick cookware.
