great little clay pot, (What's this?) I've been using this to cook whole grains in and it's amazing. It doesn't seem to need a lot of heat to cook with, very good with heat retention. I've made rice, wheat berries, sticky rice with coconut milk, millet and quinoa and had no problems with food sticking to it.
Worth a Pot of Beans, (What's this?) Great cooking vessel. I highly recommend this clay bean pot from Chili. Everything I cook in it has exceptional flavor.

Love it!, (What's this?) I have a few clay pots,and this one is perfact for 1 cup of dry beans. I make black eyed peas with a small ham hock&1 strip of bacon seasoned salt & cut onion. Cooks wonderful on my electric range with a heat defuser.

great pot, (What's this?) I love this pot. The food really tastes better when cooked in a clay pot. And most pots out there are glazed inside so it isn't the same. I love the shape of this pot, and having the handles is wondeful. Good size too. I am very pleased with my new pot.
